Identify, Evaluate, and Prioritize processes

Process Definition Documentation (PDD)

Process Flow description and the nature of the output, can be defined through Process Definition Document. This documentation includes detailed steps of As Is Process and To Be Process and flowcharts. It also has the information about the applications and IT systems involved, that are inclusive of the number of Transactions, Task time, Automation Potential, Complexity, Reports, Exceptions, Business functions involved.

Design, Develop, and Test

Once the PDD is created, Flow, framework, best practices, and salient security features are documented in the Design document for the RPA solution. Post this the actual development of the Automation Solution starts. The last phase includes in-depth testing that involves Unit, Functional, and Acceptance testing to identify challenges and exceptions and avoid errors in production.

Implement processes

Developed and Tested solution is then published into your environment. Bots can run in your environment in two ways: Attended or Unattended Automation. Attended Automation is a type of Automation where Bots are triggered manually by a human being as required. Unattended Automation is a type of Automation when Bots do not need manual intervention for execution.
