Automated Updation of Project Tasks using RPA
Challenge
The customer was facing a difficult challenge that required a lot of time and energy; both of which he had been wasting on manual and repetitive tasks related to project management. The customer had been trying to manage his projects through an existing application, but there were too many search requests for categories, service lines, and templates that needed to be attached along with the production environments selected. At times, more than one category had to be chosen and their respective items needed input in order to attach the necessary templates. It was clear that this process was inefficient, and automation was needed.
Solution
In order to automate and streamline the Project management processes, we developed an RPA bot that automates almost every step of the way. Our team developed the RPA bot which completely automates the end-to-end process. Bot enters the category the Manage Project Screen, and it searches and selects all the appropriate service lines related to that category, then it quickly searches and attaches templates where needed for added accuracy and efficiency and adds all the details of the Production Environment. This automated process saved organizations time and money while ensuring accuracy throughout each step.
